This course discusses the roles of managing new capital and
risk in business. Topics include cultural development, risk management
frameworks, etc. Students will able to understand the relationship between risk
management and corporate environment and develop their own models in managing risks. Using live
interactions with leading figures in the venture finance community, most of the
class sessions will analyse fundamental strategies of the venture-capital
investment process and the critical importance of the relationship between
entrepreneur and investor
